Focus on collaboration within teams
We were appointed by a major infrastructure contractor at Heathrow to develop strategic relationships through up skilling their supply chain. We quickly established an excellent working relationship, rolling this out to their supply chain.
Through the development of the relationship charters, we continue to establish longer-term relationships between contractors and their strategic suppliers in providing aligned Objectives, Outcomes and Leadership.
By adopting this methodology, we are ensuring a common approach and by embedding a collaborative practice we are successfully implementing a single aligned strategy to improve productivity and enhance relationships.
