Through developing collaborative relationships with one of our clients, we were able to develop a Project Process Flow and Method Guidance process, providing clarity and support for the management of projects from pre-contract through to project close out. We detailed the process flow, listed the various activities to be carried out by the project team and provided practical method guidance on how those activities should be undertaken.
A suite of process maps and method guidance sheets were produced to assist the project teams in preparation for each stage, ensuring projects were designed and delivered in a consistent manner in line with our client’s requirements. The process flow and method guidance sheets detail key activities and best practice.
