We were brought on board by a main contractor to commercially manage a number of projects from appointment to final account.
Reporting to the client was a key focus, with the role involving measuring and prediction costs against the programme, cost verification along with cost reporting.
We had responsibility for sub-contractor, tendering and appointment, change control, valuations and final account.
